Guest Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In – Anytime after 1 pm
Check-Out – We kindly ask that you are checked out of your room by 12 noon.
We request that all guests and visitors use the restaurant which is opened all day for their meals.
Smoke-Free Facility
We have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Guests found smoking in the non-smoking rooms will be evacuated immediately and will be surcharged for the deep cleaning of the same.
Cancellation Policy
We request that guests contact us at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date should they wish to cancel. Otherwise, guests will be charged for the first night of their stay.
Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 12. We ask that young children be supervised at all times.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the whole facility.
24 Hour Front Desk
Our front desk operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, with a front desk officer standing by to attend to all the guests’ needs.
